General : Selectivity Patterns

YMC provides an extensive selection of stationary phases to address virtually any separation-need. As of today, some 10 different selectivity patterns are available only with regard to C18 bonded chemistries, which traditionally are considered to provide "standard" separations. In addition to that, most YMC products can be further varied in pore size and/or carbon content to increase adaptability to individual separations. The chromatograms indicate retention characteristics of the most commonly used YMC products. Conditions were selected to simulate a broad application range on both basic and acidic compounds.
